3SlicesAmerican Cheese
2tbspMilk
Instructions
Bring 1/2 pan of water to a boil.
Add noodles to water and drizzle a small amount of olive oil over noodles to prevent them from sticking together.
When noodles become tender, remove from heat and water and drain.
Put noodles in a casserole dish and add chicken soup and milk
Stir noodles and add frozen vegetables. Stir once more.
Microwave covered on high for 4 minutes. If vegetables are still cold, microwave for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Add cheese slices on top of noodles. I usually cut the slices in half then add to noodles.
Microwave covered for an additional 25 seconds.

Notes
Feel free to use any frozen vegetable mix. Mixed vegetables, broccoli florrets and corn are great additions to this dish. Cheese can be substituted for any type cheese.
