Oh So Yummy Breakfast Oats

Banana Pumpkin Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1/2 Banana mashed
- 1/2 Banana cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp PB2 Peanut Powder with Cocoa
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Creamer
- 3/4 cup Chocolate Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Dried Cranberries optional
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a breakfast bowl.
- Mix with a spoon.
- Add banana slices to top of oats.
- Sprinkle dried cranberries over banana slices if desired. Add to taste.
- Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.
- When ready to eat, uncover and place in microwave on high for 1:30. Stir halfway through. Oats can be eaten without microwaving if desired.
